Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative for our client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre, based on Brackmills Industrial Estate in Northampton. The role involves loading and unloading goods, stock integrity, and using warehouse systems.

You will be physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg, and able to work a Monday to Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm shift in a modern fulfilment centre with opportunities to progress and temp-to-perm roles.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Proficient with warehouse software and systems.
• Physically fit and able to lift 20kg repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading incoming goods.
• Checking deliveries against paperwork and system information.
• Processing stock with warehouse systems.
• Moving goods safely around the warehouse.
• Keeping the Goods-In area tidy.
• Supporting general duties as required.
