Job summary

Interaction Recruitment are seeking keen, reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join the team at the J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton.

The role is full-time with Twilight shift Monday to Friday, paying £13.22 - £14.50 per hour. You will pick customer orders, pack products, check items against orders, label parcels and prepare shipments for dispatch in a modern warehouse environment, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in picking, packing or a similar warehouse role.
• Ability to pick orders accurately and meet productivity targets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join the team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

This role will involve picking customer orders accurately, packing products securely, checking items against order details, labelling parcels and preparing completed orders for dispatch within a modern warehouse environment. You will be expected to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and safety.
