Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Twilight shift) in Northampton to join the team for their client at Brackmills Industrial Estate. The role involves picking orders, packing, checking against details, labelling parcels and preparing orders for dispatch in a modern warehouse.

Applicants should have warehouse picking/packing experience, strong attention to detail and good communication skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.

Position: Warehouse Op Twilight

Full-Time Shift: 16.00-00.00 / Monday to Friday (Fixed Shifts)

Salary: £13.22 - £14.50 p/h

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join the team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

This role will involve picking customer orders accurately, packing products securely, checking items against order details, labelling parcels and preparing completed orders for dispatch within a modern warehouse environment. You will be expected to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and safety.

• Previous experience in picking, packing or a similar warehouse role
• Ability to pick orders accurately and meet productivity targets
