Our supervisors work on shifts; this role is to work on our AM Shift, which is typically 06:00-14:00, working any 5 days in 7.

Day to day you’ll:

• Supervise warehouse operatives and manage operations in your zone, including throughputs, parcel presentation, productivity levels, and achievement of forecasted CPU against targets.
• Support the Process Manager with the quality of all sortation and performance against MI measurements.
• Manage and control client SLAs, load presentation, infeed targets, blockbuster targets, parcel presentation, mis-sorts, damages, and momentum 100% scanning compliance, depending on your area.
• Undertake regular coaching, 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings with operatives.
• Maintain all required reporting documentation and manifests to standard and within timescales.
• Support all H&S, hygiene, and quality audits, including risk assessments and safe systems of work in your zone during shifts.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• PC literate – comfortable with Microsoft Office products
• Experience in logistics or distribution, ideally managing a team of operatives
• Ability to work at pace and meet challenging targets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to influence using data and your natural charm
