Job summary

Epsom College Development Team is seeking a proactive Development Officer to strengthen our alumni network, coordinate fundraising activities and organise events in support of the Bursary Fund and Capital Development projects.

You will build the alumni database, manage social media engagement, and contribute to communications. The role requires an administrative background, excellent writing, and willingness to travel within the UK, with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with excellent written communications.
• Experience supporting finance, marketing and events is desirable.
• Knowledge of GDPR and fundraising event regulations is useful.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Development and fundraise for the Bursary Fund and Capital Development.
• Strengthen the alumni network through engagement activities and events.
• Develop and input into the alumni database; use social media to engage alumni.
• Organise events and manage databases and financial systems.
• Travel within the UK and work some evenings/weekends.
