Job summary

Dean Close Foundation in Oxford is seeking a Head of Alumni Engagement to lead and develop the alumni relations programme for Kingham Hill School. You will work closely with the Head of Kingham Hill and the Foundation’s Head of Alumni and Development to strengthen lifelong relationships between the School and its alumni community.

This is an opportunity for a confident communicator and relationship-builder who enjoys events, communications, and engagement initiatives in an education and charity

Qualifications

• Experience in alumni relations, fundraising, communications, or marketing within Education or Charity sectors.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to develop engagement strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in events and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the alumni relations programme for Kingham Hill School and the Foundation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Kingham Hill and the Foundation’s Head of Alumni and Development.
• Coordinate alumni events, communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen lifelong relationships between the School and its alumni community.

The Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint enthusiastic and proactive Head of Alumni Engagement to lead and develop the alumni relations programme at Kingham Hill School.

Working closely with the Head of Kingham Hill and the Foundation’s Head of Alumni and Development, you will play a key role in strengthening lifelong relationships between the School and its alumni community.

The successful candidate would have experience in alumni relations, fundraising, communications, or marketing within the Education or Charity sector.
