Job summary

The University of Southampton is seeking a senior Alumni Engagement lead to drive a broad programme across ODAR. You will lead and develop a team of four, shape engagement strategies, and coordinate with internal partners to support student recruitment, employability and philanthropy.

In this hybrid role you will travel internationally and represent alumni relationships on cross-university initiatives. You will build partnerships with supporters and volunteers, turning plans into measurable

Qualifications

• Experience building meaningful relationships with alumni, supporters or volunteers.
• Strong communication and networking skills with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four and drive a wide-ranging alumni engagement programme.
• Collaborate with ODAR and the wider University on priority initiatives.
• Oversee volunteering and fundraising activities within campaigns.
• Engage international supporters and represent the university in key countries.
