Job summary

Epsom College is seeking a Development Officer to strengthen our alumni network and support a variety of fundraising activities. You will help plan events, manage alumni communications, and contribute to the College's capital development projects.

The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to work with complex databases. Based on-site, the role involves occasional travel within the UK and some evenings or weekends for events.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with excellent communications skills.
• Experience in fundraising events and alumni networks desirable.
• GDPR knowledge useful.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the alumni network through engaging activities and events.
• Input into the alumni database and use of social media for engagement.
• Support fundraising efforts for the Bursary Fund and capital development projects.
• Coordinate with the Director of Development and the broader team.
