Job summary

Equals One is seeking an experienced Aluminium Production Manager to lead the fabrication operation in South Yorkshire. You will take ownership of the factory floor, build a skilled team of fabricators, and ensure products are produced safely, accurately and on time.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong practical knowledge of aluminium window and door fabrication, capable of balancing output, quality, safety and people development to drive a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium window/door fabrication.
• Strong leadership of aProduction teams on shop floor.
• Ability to manage production planning, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage daily aluminium production operations.
• Lead and develop fabricator teams including supervisors.
• Plan labour, materials, and equipment to meet targets.
• Monitor output, quality, and delivery against plan.
• Implement quality checks and 5S practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety on site.
• Support new product introductions as the site grows.
