JRL Group Holdings Ltd. Nottingham facility seeks a motivated factory supervisor with 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience, ideally in aluminium, stainless steel and powder coating. You will read engineering drawings (CAD, Inventor, SolidWorks) and lead QC checks, schedule adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a factory supervisor in manufacturing.
• Experience in aluminium, stainless steel, and powder coating.
• Ability to read engineering drawings (CAD, Inventor, SolidWorks).
• Strong QA/QC discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Communicate expectations to production team and evaluate performance.
• Implement maintenance programs and service contracts.
• Issue production programs and identify bottlenecks.
• Compile production reports for management.
• Match workloads to material stock levels.
• Perform QC inspections and dimensional checks.
• Prepare reports per QA procedures.
• Ensure parts align with delivery notes.
• Identify problems and report to supervisors.
• Support production management with insights.
• Inspect per production schedules and deadlines.
• Self-manage workload within schedule.
• Work with site call-offs.
• Read drawings and ensure fabrication quality.
• Maintain QA/QC records in IT systems.
