Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an Aluminium MIG Welder for a long-term opportunity in Newton Aycliffe. You will perform precision MIG welding on aluminium, using fixtures to meet tight tolerances and adhere to manufacturing procedures.

The role offers ongoing work with excellent rates, full induction and training, and the potential for a permanent position, though this is not guaranteed. On-site parking is available and PPE is provided.

Aluminium MIG Welder – Newton Aycliffe

High-Earning MIG Welder | Long-Term Ongoing Contract | Excellent Rates

We are currently recruiting experienced Aluminium MIG Welders for a long-term opportunity with a leading manufacturing client based in Newton Aycliffe.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for competitive pay, ongoing work, training and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Pay Rates:

• PAYE Days: £21.31 per hour
• PAYE Afternoons: £25.57 per hour
• Umbrella Days: £28.30 per hour
• Umbrella Afternoons: £33.97 per hour

Shift Patterns:

• Days: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
• Afternoons: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
