Job summary

Kingdom People in Manchester is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Estimator to own the estimating and technical design process for aluminium windows and doors across diverse projects.

You will produce accurate designs, prepare quotations, and support the sales cycle while ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations. This office-based role reports to the Managing Director, offering autonomy and close collaboration with architects, suppliers and installers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience estimating aluminium window and door products.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, organised, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process across diverse projects, including schools and commercial developments.
• Produce detailed aluminium window/door designs and quotations using LogiKal.
• Coordinate with architects, suppliers and installers to ensure accurate pricing.
• Ensure designs and submissions meet customer requirements and regulations.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals.
