EK Outreach Services is a specialist provider of one‑to‑one teaching for students who are unable to access mainstream school environments due to medical, emotional, or learning difficulties. We work with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing individualised support to meet their specific learning needs. As a trusted SEND provider, we offer tailored educational support to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success. Our goal is to offer high‑quality education, giving students the tools and confidence to succeed despite the challenges they face in traditional educational settings. Our holistic approach ensures that students receive not only academic guidance but also emotional and social support, fostering both personal and educational growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for qualified teachers (QTS required) who believe they have what it takes to lead our staff in an inclusive curriculum to help our students succeed. We are looking for a dynamic, fully qualified teacher grounded in modern pedagogy and tested teaching methods who can offer the very best teaching and learning to our pupils to ensure they achieve excellent outcomes and guide our staff to achieve these outcomes across our provision. The role is part‑time – three days in the office, with Wednesday dedicated to departmental meetings, and the advertised salary is pro‑rata (21,000 – 25,200 p/annum).

Successful candidates will demonstrate commitment, knowledge and passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds and varying needs. Candidates will need to provide original or certified copies of professional qualifications and details of one personal and two professional referees, with acceptable references required before any offer is confirmed.
