Job summary

Hoop Education is seeking Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Neath and surrounding areas. You will provide one-to-one and small group support, work with teachers to aid learning, and help create a positive classroom environment across local primary schools.

This role offers flexible days, competitive daily rates, and immediate starts. Prior ALN experience is welcomed, with DBS refund after 10 days worked and a Refer-a-Friend bonus available.

• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs is desirable
• Patient, caring and supportive personalities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable, professional and adaptable individuals
• Experience in education, childcare, care work, youth work or support work is welcomed
• Driving is desirable
