Job summary

Vale of Glamorgan Council seeks a Complex Needs Manager for the Additional Learning Needs team. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to deliver statutory ALN functions and high-quality provision for children and young people with complex needs.

The role involves oversight of complex casework, placements and dispute resolution, working with schools, partner agencies and families to secure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the ALN Act.
• Experience of supporting learners with ALN needs.
• Confident leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build effective partnerships.

Responsibilities
