Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking an Additional Learning Needs Co-ordinator (ALNCo) to lead inclusion across two federated schools. The role combines strategic leadership with practical, on-the-ground management to ensure high-quality support for learners with additional needs.

You will work alongside the Executive Headteacher and senior leaders to develop and implement ALN strategies, oversee IDPs, and drive staff professional learning in an inclusive environment.

Formación

• Experience leading ALN provision and inclusion in a federation or multi-school context.
• Knowledge of Welsh ALN legislation and provision.
• Ability to build partnerships with families, external agencies and professionals.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on outcomes for learners.

Responsabilidades
