Vale of Glamorgan is seeking a dedicated professional to support the Alternative Learning Needs (ALN) teams in delivering high-quality, person-centred support for children and young people under the ALN Act. The role is based at Civic Offices as a full-time position, with a 37-hour week and permanent contract.

The post requires leadership, coordination across teams, and a proactive approach to ensuring compliant, effective service delivery. DBS Enhanced clearance is required.
