Job summary

IGA Talent Solutions is seeking an ALM Specialist to join a leading UK actuarial and analytics consultancy. You will shape and enhance ALM models for pensions and investments, translating business needs into practical features and ensuring robust validation.

You will work with actuarial, investment and technology teams to deliver sophisticated outputs, provide guidance to users, and help drive platform-wide improvements while communicating new functionality clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in pensions or investment modelling.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear specifications.
Experience with testing and validation to ensure model integrity.
Strong communication skills for complex outputs to stakeholders.
Experience leading or contributing to multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver new ALM model features and enhancements.
Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development.
Ensure models meet actuarial and professional standards through rigorous testing and validation.
Provide expert guidance to internal users on ALM outputs and interpretation.
Support and enhance a large modelling platform while driving continuous improvement.
Contribute to documentation, training and communication of new functionality.
Share pensions and investment knowledge across teams and with stakeholders.
Engage with evolving modelling requirements across pensions, investment and client segments.
