Perfect Placement UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to join a leading automotive dealer group in Salisbury.

You will perform wheel refurbishment and tyre fitting, working with SMART repairs and delivering high-quality results for renowned car and motorcycle brands. The role offers in-house training, uncapped earnings with a bonus scheme, and clear career development within a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish alloy wheels (including diamond cut finishes).
• Prepare wheels for painting and ensure high-quality paint application.
• Remove, repair, balance and refit tyres to vehicle wheels.
• Operate wheel refurbishment machinery safely and effectively.
• Greet customers, handle enquiries and assist with quotes.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and handle vehicles carefully.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.

Duties of the Alloy Wheel Technician:

• Repair and refurbish alloy wheels, including diamond cut finishes
• Prepare wheels for painting and ensure high-quality paint application
• Remove, repair, balance, and refit tyres to vehicle wheels
• Operate specialist wheel refurbishment machinery safely and effectively
• Greet customers, handle enquiries, and assist with quotes
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, handling vehicles and tools with care
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Support the ongoing growth and customer satisfaction of the workshop

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tyre fitting and alloy wheel refurbishment, whether mobile or workshop-based
• Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in an automotive environment
• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
