Job summary
Holt Recruitment is seeking an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician in Birmingham to join a busy dealership. You will perform alloy wheel refurbishment and repairs, handling a workload to maximise earnings while delivering excellent customer service.
The role requires experience in alloy wheel or automotive repairs, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Permanent position with 40 hours per week and overtime on Saturdays.

Holt Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to join a busy and successful dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with alloy wheel, automotive or body repair experience who enjoys working independently and wants the opportunity to increase their earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

As an Alloy Wheel Technician, you will be carrying out alloy wheel refurbishment and repairs
- Carrying out high-quality alloy wheel repairs and refurbishment
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Managing your workload efficiently to maximise productivity and earnings
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working safely and professionally at all times
- Maintaining the company vehicle and equipment
- Previous experience as an Alloy Wheel Technician desirable
- Previous experience within the automotive, body repair or accident repair industry essential
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- A full UK driving licence
