Job summary

Arden White Recruitment is seeking an experienced Smart Repair Tyre & Wheel Technician to join a growing Salisbury automotive repair business. You will refurbish alloy wheels and fit tyres, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction.

The role is based in Salisbury with Monday to Friday hours, offering a basic circa £35,000 with £40,000 OTE and a pension scheme, life assurance, and staff discounts. A Full UK driving licence and local residency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with alloy wheel refurbishment and tyre fitting.
• Ability to work independently with good attention to detail.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and clear communication.
• Full UK driving licence; Salisbury local residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish alloy wheels, including diamond cut wheels.
• Prepare wheels and apply paint finishing.
• Fit, balance and refit tyres; advise customers.
• Operate wheel refurbishment equipment.
• Communicate with customers and handle enquiries/quotes.
• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.

Location Salisbury, England Sector Automotive Salary £35,000.00 to £36,000.00 per annum

Arden White Recruitment are working with a growing automotive repair business in Salisbury, looking for an experienced Smart Repair Tyre & Wheel Technician to join the team.

What you will be doing:

• Alloy wheel refurbishment, including diamond cut wheels
• Wheel preparation and paint finishing
• Tyre fitting, repairs, balancing and refitting
• Operating wheel refurbishment equipment
• Speaking with customers and helping with enquiries/quotes
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with alloy wheel refurbishment and comfortable fitting tyres
• Confident working independently
• Good attention to detail
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Lives local to Salisbury and able to commute
