Job summary

RRT is seeking a Site Co-ordinator to oversee the alloy wheel refurbishment site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient service for customers and dealers.

You will coordinate bookings, manage job flow and vehicle movements, oversee invoicing and online orders, and provide direction to drivers and technical staff, deputising for the Group Alloy Operations Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, coordination, logistics or customer service.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service with customers and dealers.
• Good administrative and IT skills, including invoicing and using dealer management systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and dealer bookings and manage job flow.
• Oversee invoicing and online orders.
• Plan daily collections and deliveries to optimise routes.
• Manage eBay postal orders from receipt to dispatch and keep records updated.
• Provide direction to drivers and staff, deputise for the Group Alloy Operations Manager.
• Act as first point of contact for updates on progress and changes.
