Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Allocators for a full-time position at Heathrow Airport. The role involves rotating 4 on 4 off shifts with hours from early mornings, using the INFORM System to allocate various teams and tasks.

Ideal candidates will have strong IT and planning skills, a 5-year UK history, and good communication and interpersonal abilities. Staffline offers on-site support, a canteen, uniform and PPE, and training.

Qualifications

• 5 years UK checkable history (employment/education/unemployment).
• No unspent criminal convictions (subject to rehabilitation act).
• Allocation/planning experience and IT proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assign cleaning teams to tasks using INFORM System on LH and SH programs.
• Assign high-lift and ramp teams to tasks; handle ADHOC allocations.
• Pre-allocate Day/Night workload and flag delays early.
• Report non-conformance and IT issues to relevant departments.
• Maintain relationships with BA Operations and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with other areas of the business to optimise work-flow.

Great opportunity to work as a Allocator for our client, one of the most international companies in the world!

Staffline is recruiting Allocators in Heathrow Airport.

The rate of pay is £14.94 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• Week 1: 5am to 5pm
• Week 2: 6am to 6pm
• Week 3: 8am to 8pm

Your Time at Work

As a Allocator your duties include:

• Assigning Cleaning teams to tasks using the INFORM System on both the LH and SH programme
• Assigning High Lift teams to tasks using the INFORM System
• Assigning our Ramp teams to tasks
• Allocation of ADHOC tasks
• Pre allocation of Day/Night workload
• Identifying and escalating any early delays.
• Reporting of any non-conformance or operational issues to the ASM.
• Reporting and Logging any IT issues to the relevant departments
• Maintaining relationships with the BA Operations team
• Receiving and responding to enquiries from Colleagues and Customers in a professional manner
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with other areas of our Business
