Job summary

Staffline is recruiting an Allocator for Heathrow Airport. This full-time role operates on a rotating 4 on/4 off schedule with various early and long shift patterns. You will allocate cleaning, ramp and high lift teams using the INFORM system, handle ad hoc tasks, and ensure timely workload distribution.

The ideal candidate has strong IT skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and a solid 5-year UK history. Onsite support and training are provided, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 Years UK checkable history (employment and/or education and/or unemployment).
• No unspent Criminal Convictions (subject to the rehabilitation of offenders act).
• Strong IT and programme operational skills.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Allocation/planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign Cleaning teams to tasks using the INFORM System on LH and SH programmes.
• Assign High Lift teams to tasks using the INFORM System.
• Assign Ramp teams to tasks and allocate ADHOC tasks.
• Pre-allocate Day/Night workload.
• Identify and escalate early delays and issues.
• Report non-conformance or operational issues to the ASM.
• Log IT issues with relevant departments and maintain relationship with BA Operations team.
• Respond to enquiries from colleagues and customers professionally.

Allocator for our client, one of the most international companies in the world!

Staffline is recruiting Allocators in

Heathrow Airport.

The rate of pay is

£14.94 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:

• Week 1: 5am to 5pm
• Week 2: 6am to 6pm
• Week 3: 8am to 8pm

Your Time at Work

• Assigning Cleaning teams to tasks using the INFORM System on both the LH and SH programme
• Assigning High Lift teams to tasks using the INFORM System
• Assigning our Ramp teams to tasks
• Allocation of ADHOC tasks
• Pre allocation of Day/Night workload
• Identifying and escalating any early delays.
• Reporting of any non-conformance or operational issues to the ASM.
• Reporting and Logging any IT issues to the relevant departments
• Maintaining relationships with the BA Operations team
• Receiving and responding to enquiries from Colleagues and Customers in a professional manner
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with other areas of our Business
