Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking an Allocator to manage stock levels and allocations across stores, ensuring timely deliveries and balanced product offers. The role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers and store teams to achieve high launch availability.

The position requires strong numerical and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and manage stock levels to plan in line with grading strategy.
• Input initial allocation parameters on the system.
• To set up and manage delivery schedules, working with suppliers to achieve high launch availability.
• Carry out regular branch merchandising analysis and take action to maintain balanced product offer in all stores.
• Build opening stock packages for new stores.
• Progress chase orders and build relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain regular contact with stores directly and carry out stock transfers when necessary.

Kingston-Upon-Thames (4 days in office, 1 day from home) 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

Allocation/Stock control

• Allocate and manage stock levels to plan in line with grading strategy.
• Input initial allocation parameters on the system.
• To set up and manage delivery schedules, working with suppliers to achieve high launch availability.
• Carry out regular branch merchandising analysis and take action to maintain balanced product offer in all stores.
• Build opening stock packages for new stores.
• Progress chase orders and build relationships with suppliers.
• Maintain regular contact with stores directly and carry out stock transfers when necessary.

Analysis / Administration

• Produce sales, stock, profit and trend analysis as required by Merchandiser.
• Process orders and update deliveries.
• Maintain data and keep all records updated.
• Liaise with distribution, stores and suppliers
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties to support to the department as and when required.

Commercial Awareness

• Keen interest in product, trends and market activity.
• Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the Crew market and target client base.
