Michael Kors in London is seeking an Allocator – Retail Planning & Allocation to manage merchandise allocation for categories in a global retail business. You will ensure stock is in the right place, at the right time, and support replenishment with detailed reporting.

The role focuses on initial allocations, replenishment, and stock optimization across channels, working closely with Demand Planning and Branch Planning. Hybrid in-office 3 days/week in London.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including Vlookup/Xlookup, Pivot, and formulas.
• Commercial awareness and basic KPI knowledge (cover, Sell-through, LY).
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Interest in retail planning or a similar role.
• Excellent teamwork and fast learning with systems.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly newness launches and align initial allocations to stores.
• Own daily replenishment to stores via auto-replenishment and manual allocations.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Demand Planner and Demand Planner on forecasts.
• Execute seasonal stock builds and markdown/promotional activities.
• Support weekly reporting and provide visibility of opportunities and risks.
• Develop knowledge of allocation and replenishment systems and maintain data hygiene.
• Partner with DC operations to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Support store openings/closures and the pre-defined store grading with replenishment parameters.
