Job summary

Solihull Community Housing is seeking an experienced Allocations & Lettings Team Leader to join our Housing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving services and delivering great outcomes for customers.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of the Allocations and Lettings team, ensuring homes are allocated fairly, efficiently and in line with policy and legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within housing allocations, lettings or a similar housing service.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Good knowledge of housing legislation, policy and best practice.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work confidently under pressure.
