Job summary

Solihull Community Housing in Solihull is seeking an Allocations Advisor to join the Allocations Team.

You will assess housing needs, support timely allocations, conduct viewings and signups, respond to enquiries and collaborate with partners to ensure excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex and sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy and discretion.
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
• Understanding of social housing need, housing services, or wider public sector services.
