Job summary

Loungers plc is seeking Chefs to join the kitchen team at Carlo Lounge in East Grinstead. You will cook fresh food to spec across all-day menus, support the Head Chef, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly with high standards from prep to plate.

This role offers an hourly pay rate with tips, a flexible contract, and benefits such as staff meals, staff discounts from day one, and opportunities for career development across a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
