Job summary

Collins King & Associates is seeking a Sous Chef for an All Day Dining Bistro in the United Kingdom. You’ll support the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen, oversee Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner services, and work with fresh, seasonal ingredients on a globally influenced menu.

The role requires previous Sous Chef experience in fresh-food busy restaurants, leadership to mentor a close-knit team, strong food-safety knowledge and hands-on involvement in ordering and cost control.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in busy, fresh-food restaurants is required.
• Sound knowledge of all-day dining menus.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop a close-knit chef team.
• Good financial awareness with ordering experience.
• Training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
