Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation in London is seeking an Investment Operations Reporting Analyst to deliver high-quality investment reporting, drive improvements, and collaborate with Investments, IT and Finance to enhance systems and processes.

The role involves using Aladdin, creating dashboards with Power BI, supporting NAV sign-off, IBOR data production, P&L attribution and risk metrics, with a focus on timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Aladdin including Aladdin Explore and dashboards.
• Strong technical knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives.
• Advanced Excel with VBA and PivotTables; Python desirable.
• Experience with IBOR data production and valuation models.

Responsibilities

• Act as team champion for Aladdin and drive reporting automation and controls.
• Use Aladdin Explore and dashboards to support reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and review internal monthly/quarterly investment reports for committees.
• Oversee NAV sign-off and month-end reconciliations.
• Support IBOR data production and pricing models.
