Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation is seeking an Investment Operations Reporting Analyst to drive high-quality investment reporting and process improvements. The role collaborates with Investments, IT and Finance to enhance systems, data, and reporting outputs across Aladdin dashboards and data change programmes.

The successful candidate will manage NAV sign-off, month-end reconciliations, IBOR data production, and daily risk reporting, while delivering accurate P&L attribution, DV01/PV01 analysis

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Aladdin reporting and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA and PivotTables.
• Experience with Power BI to create investment reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work within defined procedures and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as team champion for Aladdin and enable reporting improvements.
• Support reporting, analysis and production of investment reporting packs.
• Oversee NAV sign-off and month-end reconciliations.
• Support IBOR data production and validation.
• Produce daily Exposure and P&L attribution and derivative valuations analysis.
• Monitor DV01 and PV01 risk metrics.
• Prepare Liquidity and Collateral reporting weekly/monthly.
• Run pricing/valuation models for non-benchmark assets.
• Manage queries and provide timely, high-quality responses.
• Provide valuation expertise across private assets and derivatives.
