Job summary

Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is seeking an Investment Operations Reporting Analyst to strengthen investment reporting, enhance systems and processes, and collaborate with Investments, IT and Finance across the business.

You will support Aladdin dashboards, prepare internal reports, oversee NAV sign-off and month-end reconciliations, and contribute to IBOR data production and risk reporting for policyholders and shareholders.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Aladdin and Aladdin Explore.
• Strong Excel skills including VBA and PivotTables.
• Experience with dashboards and investment reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the team champion for Aladdin reporting and drive improvements.
• Prepare and review internal investment reporting for committees monthly/quarterly.
• Oversee NAV sign-off, month-end reconciliations and IBOR data production.
• Produce daily Exposure, P&L attribution and DV01/PV01 metrics.
• Support pricing models for non-benchmarked assets and derivatives.
