Job summary

PIC is seeking an Investment Data Analyst to work with Investments and Finance, building partnerships with stakeholders to improve systems, processes and technology. You will provide insights on investment data to support decisions for policyholders and the business.

The role emphasizes curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement, with delivery of high-quality data solutions across the Data Office and related functions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Fixed Income financial instruments, Swaps & Derivatives and related data.
• Awareness of Data Governance practices, policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders across Finance and Investments and the Data Office.
• Support the Investment Data Manager to foster continuous improvements, including automation of data practices.
• Assist Data Owners and Stewards in BAU processes to define and manage data.
• Collaborate with IT data custodians and external partners to deliver and manage data products.
• Participate in ongoing data office initiatives to deliver Investments Data Products.
• Enhance Investment Data Quality processes to sustain trust in data for Investments and Finance.
