Job summary

WHSmith Careers is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire a frontline team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives. The role emphasises developing colleagues, creating a supportive culture and maintaining a environment where safety and standards are a priority.

You will lead from the front, drive KPI performance, and be flexible to support nearby stores when needed, contributing to WHSmith’s growth in airport, rail and retail environments.

Qualifications

• Current/recent retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of KPIs such as ATV and ability to drive performance.
• Experience in training, development and motivating teams.
• Proven capability to lead from the front and support stores on the shop floor.
