Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support major civil engineering works at Heathrow Airport. You will be part of the delivery team, overseeing sections of work across airside roads, pavements and related civil infrastructure.

The role emphasizes coordinating engineers, supervisors and subcontractors in a safety-critical, live airport environment. A strong civil background and site-management qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Background in airport/aviation infrastructure or airside works is advantageous.
• Strong ability to coordinate engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and supply-chain partners.
• Knowledge of RAMS, ITPs, permits, temporary works and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of allocated sections of the project.
• Coordinate works across airside roads, pavements and civils packages.
• Manage Site Engineers, Section Engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with programme, design and quality requirements.
• Review RAMS, ITPs, permits, temporary works and construction documentation.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources.
• Monitor progress against programme and provide updates to the Site Agent/Project Manager.
• Liaise with designers, commercial teams, planners and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve engineering and construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures and airport requirements.
• Manage interfaces between work packages within a live operational environment.
• Support short-term planning and sequencing of works.
• Maintain accurate site records and handover documentation.
