Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of major civil engineering and infrastructure works within a live airport environment at Heathrow. You will coordinate airside civil packages, manage engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure safety and programme compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering heavy civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and site engineering.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of RAMS, ITPs and quality procedures.
• Ability to coordinate engineers, supervisors and supply-chain partners in a safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of allocated sections of the project.
• Coordinate works across airside roads, pavements and associated civils packages.
• Manage Site Engineers, Section Engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with programme, design and quality requirements.
• Review and manage RAMS, ITPs, permits, temporary works and construction documentation.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources.
• Monitor progress against programme and provide updates to the Site Agent/Project Manager.
• Liaise with designers, commercial teams, planners and other project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve engineering and construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with project HSEQ procedures and airport-specific requirements.
• Manage interfaces between different work packages within a live operational environment.
• Support short-term planning and sequencing of works.
• Maintain accurate site records and handover documentation.
