Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Resource Scheduler to support the efficient scheduling and deployment of colleagues across London Stansted Airport. You will maintain workforce data, manage timecards, and provide timely information to leadership for decision‑making.

This role covers multiple areas including Airside Security, Car Parks, Cleaning and Passenger Services. You will work on data collation for ad hoc requests, assist with meeting administration, and help ensure safe, compliant operations at the

Qualifications

• Experience using Resource Management Systems such as Kronos or Dimensions is advantageous.
• Ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities and work as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Positive, creative, proactive approach to tasks and problem solving.
• Effective communication with colleagues at all levels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deploy colleagues across Airport operations.
• Maintain resource data including staff moves, leavers, and annual leave.
• Review timecards and resolve exceptions.
• Provide accurate information to Resource Team Managers and Schedulers.
• Collate data for ad hoc leadership requests.
• Support meeting administration, including minute taking.
• Request third‑party resources as operational demands require.
• Support continuous improvement and personal effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Assist passengers and airport users with queries and navigate the airport.
