Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a hands-on baggage handler to support airside operations in the Greater London area. You will manually or mechanically load and unload baggage, assist with data/documentation, and perform baggage sortation while following safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to work under time pressure, operate at height where needed, provide excellent customer service, and hold a valid driving licence with a traceable 5-year work history.

Qualifications

• Basic safety awareness.
• Ability to work under strict time constraints in a team.
• Ability to work at height and be aware of potential hazards.
• Good customer service skills and verbal communication.
• Full and valid driving licence with a 5-year work history.

Responsibilities

• On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically per training.
• Gather, input and process data/documentation for operation success.
• Undertake baggage sortation duties safely and efficiently.
• Full de-icing duties as per seasonal requirements.
• Airside driving.
