Job summary

London Luton Airport Operations Ltd is seeking an Operations Controller for the Airport Operational Control Centre (AOCC). The role monitors and coordinates airfield and terminal activities to ensure safe, efficient operations and a positive guest experience.

You will act as the central point of contact, manage real-time updates, support disruption recovery, and maintain accurate records and Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering a great guest experience by performing your role with accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as a central point of contact for airport operations, providing real-time updates to management, operational teams, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and control communications relating to airfield and terminal operations, including emergencies and unplanned events.
• Support the coordination of airfield stands, departure gates, and guest flows to protect on-time performance.
• Monitor airside and landside activity through CCTV systems and wider operational oversight.
• Receive, analyse, prioritise, and disseminate information to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
