Job summary

Edinburgh Airport is seeking an Airport Operations Coordinator to join a small, highly professional team. You will monitor and coordinate the daily operational response, providing situational awareness to the Airport Operations Manager and key stakeholders via CCTV and real-time data.

You will coordinate resources, initiate emergency responses, and maintain a safe campus with clear public communications. The role requires experience in control room environments and the ability to work 12-hour

Qualifications

• Experience in airport operations or control room environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly under pressure.
• Counter Terrorist Check eligibility and UK residency in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily operational response with situational awareness for AOM and stakeholders.
• Coordinate airport resources in real-time with AOM and partners.
• Initiate and coordinate airport and emergency service response as Bronze Commander when required.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment and manage security breaches and campus announcements.
• Collaborate with control authorities and third parties to deter criminal activity.
• Ensure compliance with legal and GDPR requirements.
