Job summary

Sodexo Live! at Gatwick Airport is hiring a Supervisor to lead the Emirates Lounge team, ensuring high service standards and seamless operations.

You will supervise front-of-house staff, manage food presentation, and support the lounge to deliver memorable guest experiences. The role requires strong frontline hospitality experience, team leadership, and a proactive attitude, with a focus on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Front of house and customer facing experience.
• Experience in supervising a team.
• An element of food experience.
• Highly motivated.

• Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality service by managing staff and obtaining customer feedback.
• Present food and beverage to spec, monitor quality and quantity.
• Maintain F&B stock and hygiene per HACCP.
• Train and guide staff; supervise punctuality and grooming.
• Ensure personal/food hygiene and housekeeping in lounge.
• Gather customer feedback and relay to management for action.
• Plan and delegate tasks per shift; supervise and motivate staff.
• Maintain staff time sheets and logs.
• Oversee ordering of produce to keep stock.
