Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Supervisor for Emirates Lounge Gatwick Airport. You will lead front-of-house team operations, ensuring exceptional service quality for lounge guests and efficient staff management at a premier airport venue.

Role requires supervising a team, food service experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Competitive hourly rate, 37.5 hours per week, with employee benefits and airport clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Front of house and customer facing experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
• An element of food experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service through effective staff management and feedback to Emirates personnel.
• Oversee presentation, quality and quantity of food and beverages to spec.
• Maintain and replenish buffet and stock levels per HACCP standards and food safety.
• Provide training and guidance to service staff; monitor performance, punctuality and grooming.
• Ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards in lounge areas and kitchen.
• Gather customer feedback and relay findings to SDX and Emirates management.
• Plan and delegate tasks before each shift; supervise, coach and motivate staff.
• Ensure staff log records and time sheets for smooth operations.
• Oversee ordering of all produce to maintain stock levels.
