Job summary

DO & CO is seeking a Lounge Housekeeper Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the Heathrow Airport lounge. You will lead a team of housekeepers, ensuring top standards of cleanliness and hygiene for a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing cleaning protocols, managing supplies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping teams in hospitality or airport settings.
• Ability to train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and service standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of housekeepers to meet standards.
• Enforce cleaning protocols for lounge seating, restrooms, and dining areas.
• Manage supplies and equipment; order as needed.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by addressing cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Inspect lounge regularly and coach staff as needed.
• Create staff schedules for peak times with flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in cleaning practices.
• Keep records of activities, performance, and inventory; report to Lounge Manager.
• Collaborate with food & beverage and front-of-house teams for a seamless guest experience.
