Job summary

ABM Heathrow Airport is seeking a Customer Service Host to greet passengers requiring special assistance and guide them through their journey with care. You’ll work from the host desk landside or airside, delivering first-class service from arrival to departure while upholding safety and operational standards.

This role requires calm, professional communication, weekend and early morning availability, and the ability to pass security and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year checkable history and valid right-to-work documentation.
• Ability to pass a basic DBS check (and overseas check, if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an airside security pass.
• Flexibility to work weekends, shifts and very early mornings outside of normal public transport hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers at the host desk and assess their needs to deliver first-class service.
• Ensure passengers are booked into tracking systems and support on-time departures and connections; communicate during delays.
• Monitor CSAs and ensure protocols, escalate SLA issues to Service Delivery Manager or Allocators.
