Job summary

ABM is seeking a Customer Service Host at Heathrow Airport to welcome passengers requiring special assistance and facilitate a seamless journey from arrival. You will partner with the management team to manage daily operations, monitor staff performance, and uphold safety and quality standards across terminals.

Role requires empathy, reliability and excellent communication, with shifts including weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong IT/system literacy for passenger flow management.
• Able to obtain required security clearances and right-to-work documentation.
• Willing to work weekends, shifts and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers at the host desk and assess their needs for special assistance.
• Book passengers into the tracking system and coordinate transfers across terminals.
• Monitor environment to ensure CSAs follow protocols and maintain safety standards.
• Escalate issues to Service Delivery Manager or Allocators when SLA risks arise.
