APCOA Parking UK at Leeds Bradford Airport is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Driver for a flexible zero-hour contract. The role entails safely transferring customers between the car park and terminal and handling reception/check-in duties.

You will need a full UK driving licence and prior customer service experience, with strong teamwork and communication skills. The position offers training and development and pays £13.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check in at valet front desk and arrivals area.
• Utilise Pre-book IT systems.
• Deal with customer enquiries and complaints.
• Monitor entries/exits and assist with shift planning using reporting tools.
• Move customers between the car park and airport terminal and ensure fleet cleanliness and readiness.
