Job summary

Damicor Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction & Installations Manager to lead the delivery of high‑profile conveyor installation projects at Heathrow Airport. You will own site delivery, coordinate multi‑trade teams and ensure work is completed safely and within budget.

The role focuses on day‑to‑day construction leadership, RAMS compliance, and operational readiness across live airport sites. You will interact with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, NEBOSH General Certificate and CSCS Black Card are essential.
• Experience leading construction/installation teams on large projects.
• Experience in live airport environments and CDM compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and installation activities across multiple airport projects.
• Coordinate resources, workforce, and subcontractors to meet programmes.
• Chair weekly coordination meetings and manage KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Heathrow governance and RAMS requirements.
• Drive improvements and monitor contractor performance.
• Support mobilisation, execution, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.
