Job summary

TUI is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of its airline network. You will balance commercial ambition with operational reality, translate data into decisions, and drive profitable growth across global operations.

The role involves defining network plans, identifying new routes, and aligning fleet planning with market opportunities, leading a high-performing planning team. Based in one of the following locations: Luton (UK), Ostend (BE), or Hannover (DE).

Qualifications

• Experience leading airline network strategy and capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of airline economics and business case modelling.
• Advanced financial analysis and scenario modelling skills.
• Experience building and leading cross-market planning teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain short and long-term network plan reflecting seasonal demand, customer requirements and group priorities.
• Identify and prioritise new route opportunities and market entries to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Translate network ambitions into aircraft capacity requirements and work with Fleet, Finance, Operations and Strategy teams.
• Collaborate with B2B Sales, Regional Commercial and Capacity Planning to reflect customer needs and market opportunities.
• Develop structured, insight-driven route proposals including financial modelling, revenue forecasts and ROI analysis.
• Lead, coach and develop network analysts and planners to foster a high-performing team.
