Britten-Norman is a leading aerospace SME and the producer of one of the UK's most successful civil aircrafts. We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform production line fitting, from detailed assembly to final installation, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production line fitting and installation on aircraft
• Identify process improvements in collaboration with the Assembly Supervisor
• Adhere to schedules to meet KPIs
• Maintain high quality standards in compliance with QA procedures
• Keep work areas clean and safe according to safety legislation
• Complete relevant documentation for audits
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Support multidisciplinary teams in new product and process introductions
• Maintain tool control

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Aircraft engineering apprenticeship or military equivalent
• Level 3 qualification in a related subject (highly desirable)
• Lean manufacturing qualifications (e.g., NVQ, BTEC) (highly desirable)
